Our On-Line Interpreting service is a live web-cam link to qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters. The interpreters are provided by our partner interpreting organisations around the country.
Clear, precise communication is an absolute necessity in so many situations, particularly GP visits, hospital A & E departments, maternity units - in fact, any situation where it's impossible to book a face to face interpreter at short-notice.

Swine flu
Basic information on swine flu is available in BSL. A DVD with BSL information can also be ordered (0300 123 1002). The National Flu Pandemic Service can be accessed via their website or by textphone/minicom (0800 1 513 200).
